Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item to us within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.
While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service, to Australian addresses only.
Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.

As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a few reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards and does not require a PayPal account if you do not already have one. All prices quoted on our website are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Any costs associated with taxes charged from the country you have requested your order sent to will be your responsibility. Little Joy Clothing is not responsible for any cost associated with any additional charges from your postal service/government etc.
If the shipment is refused and your package is returned to Little Joy Clothing (for any reasons including and not limited to customs, taxes, unable to deliver) you will be issued a refund minus the full cost of shipping.
We are legally required to declare the full cost and value paid on ALL international shipments and must include an invoice for customs.
All international orders require a phone number and email for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable
