Need to return an item?
Put the item/s in a postage bag
Use the card inside your original package for return address details
Make sure the item has been shipped via a tracked shipping option
Email Aleza at email@example.com to let us know you are returning your item and let us know when we can expect it
Await your credit or exchange or refund
We hope you'll enjoy your Little Joy Clothing items as much as we enjoy creating it!
However, if you have a change of heart or want an exchange in size you can return them to us. Make sure to use the size guide before purchasing to make the best estimate of the size you need.
Whilst each and every item is carefully checked before being lovingly wrapped and sent to its forever home, it is understandable that human error can occur and a less than perfect item may have been mistakenly sent. If this has happened to you, please in the first instance email me (Aleza) at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find the best solution for you.
Generally speaking, you will ship the item back at your own cost. Once the item has been returned and the fault established, then you'll receive a replacement or credit or refund as is best suited.
To be eligible for any returns or exchanges, you must return within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all clothing tags still attached.
Once the items have been received you will receive a full refund/store credit/exchange of the items, minus the delivery cost paid to send it out to you.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items, or gift certificates.
